After discovering that State Collection Service was reporting an inaccurate collection account on our client Debra’s credit report, we sent them a validation request via certified mail. Here is a snapshot of how this account was reporting on her credit file prior to hiring us. This account was for an alleged medical collection.
As we suspected, they were unable to properly validate this account. As such, Debra received the following deletion letter from them.
