We sent Southern Credit Recovery a request for validation in regards to a medical collection they were reporting on James' credit file in April 2012. Using certified mail, we were able to track the progress of the request. After "x" amount of time had passed, we sent a follow up to the prior request and had clearly explained that the statutory time period for them to validate the accuracy of this account has since expired, hence the following reply:
