How We Work

INTRODUCTORY CONSULTATION

We will introduce ourselves to one another and learn about your unique situation and objectives. Our expertise enables us to get the information rapidly, create a road map, answer your questions and start the process – quickly. A plan, timetable and preliminary fees are outlined.

2.

OVER TO YOU

You will complete a brief, one page form that authorizes us to pull your credit reports from TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian. We will obtain all three credit scores and all the information reporting to each of the three bureaus. You will receive a copy of this report as well.

3.

ANALYSIS

Typically, we are able to secure the reports during the same business day. We analyze the data and establish a time frame and fee for our services going forward.

4.

CONFERENCE CALL

We will have a 30-minute call with you to review the findings, obtain additional information, answer your questions and outline next steps to activate your account with us. You will complete and transmit the necessary information as outlined in the call.

5.

DIPSPUTES LAUNCHED

Typically, within 2-3 business days, we send dispute audits to each of the credit bureaus, contesting each negative item on your credit reports. You can expect to hear from the bureaus within 3-6 weeks.

6.

CHECK-IN/NEXT ROUND

At the 45-day mark, we will check in to ensure that you’re receiving information from the credit bureaus and forwarding the information to us.

We then initiate the next round of dispute audits, with every creditor and/or collection company that continues to report negative information on your file.

7.

FORCING RE-AUDITS & MOVING PROGRESS FORWARD

Shortly thereafter, we will re-audit each of the three credit bureaus, dispute the accounts in a different manner, which forces them to re-investigate the items, thus increasing the deletion percentage. We will repeat these steps up to 3 additional times.

8.

GRADUATION

Towards the end of your program, we will touch base with you to review the progress that has been made, offer guidance and close out your account.
