We sent an Experian dispute directly to their headquarters in Allen, TX on October 1, 2013. Twenty-eight days later they printed and mailed the following response to our client Crystal. Of the 16 negative items she had on file with Experian we removed 9 of them! Those are outstanding results for Experian, who is infamous for being the most difficult of the three bureaus to deal with when it comes to the credit repair process.
