Edward Sloan & Associates was attempting to collect a total of $1014 in regards to four inaccurate medical collections that were reporting on our client Timothy’s credit report. These multiple collection accounts were very detrimental to Timothy’s credit scores. Moreover, knowing he did not owe these funds to the alleged medical care providers, it was very frustrating for Timothy to have these items listed on his credit reports.

We initially disputed these items with each of the three credit reporting agencies: Experian, TransUnion and Equifax. Experian and Equifax responded stating they “verified” the information as accurate. We knew this was impossible. Shortly thereafter, we addressed Edward Sloan & Associates directly at their quaint little apartment-office located at 1005 W Broadway St Apt G, Winnsboro, TX 75494.
To avoid litigation proceedings, they drafted and mailed the following response to Timothy, confirming that they have permanently deleted these four inaccurate medical collections from his credit reports.
