Chase late payments were a burden to Erin in regards to an account she had with them in the past. She believed that these notations were erroneous. After contacting Chase on her behalf, we demanded that the late payments be verified or for them to remove the account in its entirety. They chose the latter.
Below is a copy of the letter Erin received from them after we challenged the late payments on her behalf. Not only were the Chase slow payments removed; the entire account has been deleted from her credit file.
